Robert Tracy is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in labor and employment law. Since February 2016, Robert has served as a partner at Gibney, Anthony & Flaherty, LLP, where the focus includes advising employers on various labor and employment issues and representing them in related disputes. Previously, Robert was a partner at Clifton Budd & DeMaria from February 2003 to January 2016, representing business entities in similar matters. Robert also served as Village Attorney for the Village of Pelham, New York, from March 2003 to March 2008 and held partner and associate positions at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly and Rivkin Radler LLP, respectively. Robert earned a JD from St. John's University School of Law and an A.B. in History from the College of the Holy Cross.
