Kyle Marks is a Partner at Gibbs Giden Locher Turner Senet & Wittbrodt LLP since January 2024 and has served as an Adjunct Professor at Southwestern Law School since January 2013. Prior to this, Kyle Marks was Senior Counsel and Associate at Richard D. Marks Professional Corporation from July 2007 to January 2024, specializing in real estate litigation, escrow, sales and purchases, easements, commercial and residential leases, and title insurance defense. Kyle Marks began legal career as a Law Clerk at Foley & Lardner LLP in their Real Estate Practice Group from June 2006 to August 2007. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern Law School (2010) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communication Arts - Rhetoric from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (2006).
