Felice F. Knight, Ph.D., is an experienced educator and historian currently serving as the Director of Education at the International African American Museum and a member of the Board of Directors for both the Gibbes Museum of Art and FOUR RIVERS OUTREACH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION. Previously, Felice held the position of Assistant Professor in the Department of History at The Citadel, where responsibilities included lecturing, supervising research, and developing curricula. Felice has also served as a consultant for the Gibbes Museum of Art's IDEA Committee and as Chair of the History and Culture Subcommittee for the City of Charleston's Equity, Inclusion, and Racial Conciliation Commission. With a Doctor of Philosophy in African American History from The Ohio State University, Felice has a strong academic background complemented by various teaching and editing roles.
