Mitch Kapler has worked in the media and advertising industry since 2006. Mitch began their career at Paradigm Talent Agency as an Assistant and worked their way up to Junior Agent in the Motion Picture Literature Department and Digital Media/Reality TV/Endorsements. In 2010, they joined Momentum Worldwide as a Producer, Artist & Brand, working on projects for American Express, Kraft Wheat Thins, US Army, and Verizon (How Sweet the Sound). Mitch then moved to Complex Networks in 2011 as an Integrated Marketing Strategist, working with clients such as Samsung, Sony, and Microsoft. In 2013, they joined Carrot Creative as an Account Director and Business Development Lead, working with clients such as adidas, GrubHub, and iRobot. In 2015, they became the Head of Business Development at Story Worldwide, and in 2016 they joined Fullscreen as Senior Director, Accounts, and later Director, Business Development & Strategy. Mitch grew New York City social content and video consulting accounts by 200%, expanding Fullscreen's reach across verticals including media & entertainment, apparel, spirits, financial services, and non-profits. In 2018, they took on a freelance role as Brand Strategy for an exciting start-up client, and in 2019 they joined Giant Spoon as Group Account Director, overseeing and managing agency teams for MassMutual, Kate Spade, New York Mets, American Express, Synchrony Financial, and others.
Mitch Kapler received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications and Italian minor from the University of Arizona. In 2021, they began a Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson in Marketing. Mitch also attended the Upright Citizens Brigade for Improv and Comedy.
