Dale Welch has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Dale currently serves as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Giant Resource Recovery Inc. Prior to that, they worked as the National Sales Manager at Erwin Keith, Inc. for three years. From 2011 to 2020, Dale held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Heritage Environmental Services. Dale also worked as the Power Generation, Chemical, and Plastics Sales Manager at Kennametal from 2009 to 2011. Before joining Kennametal, Dale served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Infinity Product Group. Dale spent over 10 years at Kennametal, where they held roles such as Global Key Account Manager and Purchasing Manager. Dale started their career as a Senior Buyer at Daisy Airguns and later worked as a Supervisor at Poulan Weed Eater.

Dale Welch obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Arkansas in Monticello, where they studied from 1986 to 1991. Following this, they pursued higher education at Texas A&M University-Texarkana, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from 1992 to 1995.
