Joy Sarkar (Shwapno) has a varied work experience in the field of UI/UX design, ASO management, app business, project management, and SEO/ASO consultancy. Joy began their career as an SEO consultant at Upwork in 2011 and achieved success in various SEO projects. In 2017, they worked as an Application Project Manager at People Talent Tech Sdn. Bhd. In 2019, they held the positions of Head of ASO at Wificoin and later Head of App Business at People Talent Tech Sdn. Bhd. Currently, they are working as a UI/UX Designer and ASO Manager at GIANT Protocol since 2020.

Joy Sarkar (Shwapno) completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Games and Programming Skills from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, attending from 2014 to 2017. Before that, they obtained a Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) in Business Studies from Hazera Taju University College, studying from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in Business Studies from Haji Muhammad Mohsin Govt. High School, Chittagong, from 2009 to 2011.

In addition to their degree, Joy Sarkar (Shwapno) acquired a certification in Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Games Technology from Limkokwing University of Creative Technology in August 2014.
