Leo Anbarasan M has worked in various roles across a number of companies. Leo began their career as a Project Manager at Bosco Soft Tech in 2006. In 2013, they moved to LIMNET INNOVATIONS, LLC as a Lead Programmer. In 2014, they joined One G LLC as a Project Lead. In 2017, they took up the roles of Solution Architect, Blockchain Solution Architect, and Director of Engineering at Aequalis. Leo'scurrent role is Technical Lead at GIANT Connect since 2018.

Leo Anbarasan M's education history includes completing a BCA and MCA from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2003 to 2009, a PGDIT from Bosco Institute of Information Technology from 2003 to 2006, +12 from Government Higher Secondary Schools in Kilpennathur from 2001 to 2003, and 10 from Government High School in Melsithamur from 2000 to 2001.
