Young Shin currently serves as an Accounting Manager at GI Property Management since January 2024. Prior to this role, Young Shin was a Client Accounting Manager at Transwestern for one year, following the company's acquisition of MB Real Estate. Young Shin's experience also includes a position as Accounting Manager at MB Real Estate from August 2018 to December 2022 and as a Project Accountant at Hines from October 2015 to August 2018. Additionally, Young Shin worked as a Property Accountant at Ventas, Inc. from September 2013 to September 2015. Young Shin holds a degree from Purdue University Daniels School of Business.
