Bailey Estes, PE, LEED Green Associate, is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in mechanical building design and project management. Currently a Senior Associate at GHT Limited since June 2017, Bailey has led projects in the DC Metro Area as well as in Florida, Pennsylvania, and Arizona, overseeing all phases from proposal to construction administration. Previous roles include Mechanical Designer positions at Jordan & Skala Engineers and Peninsula Engineering, focusing on residential and healthcare facilities, respectively. Bailey also served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Central Florida and gained early experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at AVCON, INC., where HVAC system designs were created for various buildings. Bailey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida, completed in 2015.
