Jerry Trusner is currently the IT Manager at ghSMART. Prior to this, they were the Principal System Administrator at Conisus LLC from February 2015 to March 2018. In this role, they managed activities relating to IT systems, including installation, upgrades, patch management, security, user support, monitoring, system tuning, troubleshooting, capacity planning, printer administration, asset tracking, vendor management, data backup and restore. In this role, they were responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company's data center, including managing staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, coordinating upgrades and patch management and overseeing compliance with SLAs.

Before HoneyBaked Ham, Jerry Trusner was the System and Network Administrator at HCA Healthcare from May 2000 to February 2005. In this role, they were responsible for managing and supporting the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls and servers. Jerry also provided technical support to end users for desktop and laptop computers, printers and other peripherals.

Jerry Trusner began their career in sales, working as a Sales Manager at Circuit City from May 1994 to May 2000. In this role, they were responsible for managing a team of sales associates and ensuring that targets were met. Jerry also provided training and development opportunities for their team members.
