Shannon U is a Project Engineer at GHD since January 2025, bringing experience from previous roles as Engineer 2 at RETTEW from October 2021 to January 2025, and Civil Engineer at DLZ Corporation from August 2020 to October 2021. Earlier experience includes a Geotechnical Intern position at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation in the summer of 2019. Shannon U holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Penn State University.
