Joshua Turner is an accomplished Project Engineer at GHD since March 2021, where responsibilities include managing environmental site assessments, utilizing software like ArcGIS for stormwater modeling, and developing business cases for water treatment processes. Prior experience includes serving as an Engineer at Golder Associates, focusing on environmental health and safety and stormwater mitigation, and as a Stormwater Management Intern for The Borough of State College. Joshua holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Systems Engineering from Penn State University. Additionally, Joshua has actively participated in professional development as Co-Chair of the Southeast Region Young Professional Employee Resource Group.
