Joesyl Banogbanog is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Advisor at GHD since August 2023. Prior to this role, Joesyl worked as a Recruitment Partner at HealthcareLink for a brief period in June to July 2023 and as a Candidate Consultant at Recruit I.T. from September 2022 to May 2023. Joesyl’s experience also includes serving as a Senior Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist at CoDev from June 2020 to September 2022, as well as holding the position of HR Staff - Recruitment at Alliance Software Inc. from January 2019 to June 2020. Joesyl holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of San Carlos and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cebu Normal University.
