Bahar Maghsoudi is an experienced project management professional currently serving as Project Director at GHD since February 2023. Previously, Maghsoudi held various leadership roles at Transport for London from August 2015 to April 2023, including Head of Station (SPM) where responsibilities encompassed leading major projects such as the Liverpool St Station handover and overseeing the Central Line Improvement Programme. Prior to this, positions were held at VINCI, Byrne Brothers Construction, BIRSE METRO LIMITED, and BSR Metro, with a focus on managing multidisciplinary teams, driving cost savings, and improving project delivery within scope and budget. Maghsoudi's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Carleton University and certification in Six Sigma Black Belt.
