Laura Steenhuis, PhD, is a dedicated psychologist currently in training to become a GZ-psychologist at Lentis. With significant experience in research and clinical practice, Laura serves as a senior researcher at GGZ Drenthe, coordinating the "Don't Stop Me Now!" study aimed at promoting social integration in individuals experiencing first episode psychosis. As a postdoctoral researcher, Laura has contributed to studies involving ADHD interventions and mental health outcomes. Laura has held various teaching and research roles at the University of Groningen and the University of Glasgow, and possesses a robust academic background with a PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Groningen. Laura's diverse expertise includes cognitive behavioral therapy, statistical analysis, and educational instruction, alongside practical experience in clinical settings.
