Anouk Willems is a postdoctoral researcher at GGZ Drenthe, focused on health, nutrition, and gut bacteria, while also serving as the founder of AnoukWeten since March 2022. Previous experience includes positions as a lifestyle coach at Ancora Health and a post-doc researcher at the University of Groningen, where Anouk contributed to the "Eating for Science 2.0" research project. Anouk's background includes a post-doc researcher role at Nivel, a PhD at Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences examining dietary patterns' effects on health, and teaching roles in chemistry and biology. Anouk Willems holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Groningen.
