Jay McCrary has worked in the construction industry since 2013. Jay began their career as a Project Manager at MileStone Community Builders, where they worked for seven years. In 2020, they joined GFO Home as an Area Construction Manager and Project Manager.

Jay McCrary attended John A. Logan College from 2008 to 2009, studying HVAC. Jay also attended Rend Lake College from 2005 to 2006.
