Neeraj Gupta has over 25 years of experience in the software industry. Neeraj began their career in 1995 as the VP Product Strategy at Trilogy. In 2007, they moved to Versata as the Managing Director of Intellectual Property. From 2009 to 2015, they were the President of NTrak IP Consulting, a technology and Intellectual Property Consulting firm. In 2015, they moved to Aurea Software, Ignite Technologies, GFI Software, and Versata as the Head of Corporate Development / M&A. Neeraj also founded and served as the Managing Partner of Base2 Advisors, a company that buys and lends to B2B software companies, representing over $1B in acquisition and lending appetite. From 2015 to 2016, Neeraj was the Chief Investment Officer and Head of Corporate Development / M&A at Trilogy. Since 2016, they have been the Chief Investment Officer and Head of Corporate Development / M&A at ESW Capital.

Neeraj Gupta completed their M.S. in Computer Science/Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology between 1990 and 1995. In 2000, they completed the TGMP Executive Program from Harvard Business School.
