Tobias Rubitschung has extensive experience in technical support and service management within the machining solutions industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Technical Support Spindles and Repair Services at GF Machining Solutions since February 2012, Tobias leads a team focused on spindle repair processes, technical support, and customer service, along with preparing offers and analyzing service reports. Previously, Tobias held the position of Spindle Supervisor at Step-Tec AG from October 2005 to January 2012, where responsibilities included the assembly and testing of high-quality spindle motors. Early career experiences include roles as a CNC lathe operator, milling machine operator, and grinder at vonRoll hydro ag, where foundational skills as a polymechanic were developed. Educational qualifications include a diploma from ABB Technikerschule as a Technical Service Manager and a degree in Technical Business Management from Feusi Bildungszentrum.
