Gerrianne Hazewinkel is an experienced professional in governance and compliance, currently serving as a support to the Global Compliance Officer and CSRD PMO team at Arcadis since April 2022. Hazewinkel has significant expertise in compliance risk management, evidenced by the refresh of Arcadis General Business Principles, including the Code of Conduct, published in 11 languages. As Managing Partner at Hazewinkel Risk Consulting BV since December 2016, Hazewinkel also holds various board and advisory roles, including supervisory board member of the Shell Alumni Network, and involvement in educational governance with Gewoon Speciaal Onderwijs. Previous roles include enterprise risk management consultant and director of risk and control at Pharming Group N.V. Hazewinkel’s educational background includes a master's degree in Business Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and postgraduate qualifications in governance and audit committees from Erasmus University Rotterdam, complemented by an FCPA Expert Certificate obtained in January 2023.
