Matan Balsiano is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and production planning. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at The Gevasol Group since January 2021, Matan oversees the entire subcontracting production system. Prior roles include Production Manager and Military Projects Team Leader at Elbit Systems Ltd, where Matan managed a team of engineers in the production planning department for the Aircraft Division. Matan also held the position of Project Manager at Flex, overseeing a production department with 250 employees and multiple production line managers. Early career experience includes serving as a Production Planning Supervisor in the Israel Defense Forces.
