Martin Hansen has extensive experience in the field of geology and database development, currently serving as Chief Advisor at GEUS since 1988, where responsibilities include coordinating database development and leading a team of 15 in managing GEUS’ central databases. Previous roles at GEUS involved research geology with a focus on geological database design, geological modelling, and various forms of hydraulic modelling. In addition to their work at GEUS, Martin Hansen has been the owner of Andsens Android Apps since January 2010, where Martin develops free Android applications related to database management and simulation. Martin Hansen holds a Master of Science in Geology from the University of Copenhagen, earned between 1980 and 1987, and completed secondary education at Gammel Hellerup Gymnasium from 1977 to 1980.
