Hayagreev Raman has over a decade of work experience in various roles and industries. Hayagreev'smost recent position was as an Area Sales Manager for Getzner - engineering a quiet future. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Manager for voestalpine Railway Systems, where they were responsible for marketing, sales, contracts management, and customer relationship building. Hayagreev also has experience in sales and marketing for the Suzlon Group, where they were involved in market research, proposal management, and project evaluation. In addition, Hayagreev has prior experience in operations management with McDonald's Corporation and Domino's Pizza. Hayagreev began their career as an intern at Maxiplas Pty Ltd and United India Engineering Services, where they gained practical experience in production management and non-destructive testing.

Hayagreev Raman completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2013. Following this, they pursued their Master of Engineering (MEng) in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of South Australia from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they have obtained additional certifications including a Certificate III in Retail Management and Solid Works Drafting from the Vellore Institute Of Technology.
