Karen Campos is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resource management. Currently serving as HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Getz Pharma since March 2022, Campos previously held the roles of Assistant Manager in HR Analytics & Digitization and Assistant Manager HR at Tri Pack Films Ltd. from March 2016 to March 2022, where responsibilities included managing the recruitment process and developing a dashboard for recruitment activities. Additional experience includes coordinating international medical conferences at Welcome Tours International and internships at major companies such as Philips Lighting, Chevron, Syngenta, and Shell. Karen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management & Marketing from the Institute of Business Management, completed in 2014.
