Ralph Buchholz is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and Executive Search at Parexel since 2014, Ralph has previously held various leadership roles in recruitment at SAP from 2005 to 2013, including Senior Executive Recruiter EMEA and HR Director Recruiting & Staffing EMEA. Ralph's experience also includes positions at Deutsche Börse as Senior Consultant for Employer Branding and Recruitment and at NTT DATA Deutschland GmbH as Head of Recruitment and Employer Branding. Ralph holds a Diplom-Betriebswirt BA degree in Banking and Human Resources from the University of Cooperative Education Karlsruhe, Germany.
