María Múgica González has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. María started their career as an intern at Strategy&, part of the PwC network, where they gained valuable experience. María then joined PwC España as an M&A Analyst through an interdepartmental exchange program in Corporate Finance. María returned to Strategy& as an Associate Consultant, where they contributed to various consulting projects.

After that, María joined Wayfair, a leading e-commerce company, where they held multiple roles. María started as a Customer Strategy Specialist in the EU Site Merchandising department, focusing on customer-centric projects in the Lighting category. María later became a Team Lead for the EU Site Merchandising team, where they managed projects and a team of associates. María successfully maximized conversion and revenue growth for high-growth product categories and developed frameworks and tools for the team's everyday work.

Currently, María works at GetYourGuide as a Product Manager. María has held various roles within the company, including Associate Product Manager, Senior Project Manager, and their current position as a Product Manager. In their current role, María focuses on Search and Recommendations & Relevance, contributing to the company's product development and optimization strategies.

María Múgica González started their education journey at Colegio Maristas Chamberí, where they completed their high school education from 2010 to 2012. María then pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in the English program at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, from 2012 to 2016. During their studies, María also had the opportunity to further their education at HEC Paris as a selected exchange student from 2014 to 2015, focusing on Business Management.
