Sean Mullan is an experienced data engineering professional with a diverse background in managing teams and developing automated data solutions. Currently serving as Manager of Data Engineering at Get Well, Sean oversees the Data Engineering team and has architected automated, fault-tolerant data ingestion and processing solutions, including the implementation of Apache Airflow and Apache Superset. Prior to this role, Sean held several positions, including Enterprise Data Engineer, where responsibilities included building a new data platform and automating data extraction processes, and Data Engineer at Gradient AI, where Sean developed ELT pipelines and collaborated with data scientists. Previous experience includes significant roles at EBSCO Information Services, Victory Programs, Inc., HarborCOV, Heading Home, and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, showcasing strong expertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, and Agile methodologies. Sean holds a degree from Hampshire College.
