Paul Menanteau has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as Co-Founder & CEO of GetWelcom, a platform for additional sales in the tourism industry. Prior to this, they worked as a Guest Experience Assistant Manager and Guest Experience Coordinator at Molitor Paris - MGallery. Paul also served as an Executive Management Assistant at Hôtel Barrière Le Royal Deauville, and as a Project Manager and Management Trainee at Accor. Additionally, they have experience as an Assistant Import Manager at Bolloré Logistics and as a Supply Chain Analyst at Bolloré Logistics in the UK. Paul has also been involved in coaching, counseling, and training for Les Cordées de l'Entrepreneuriat project at EM Normandie. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Bank Employee at BNP Paribas and gained sales internship experience at ACN COULEUR TENNIS - Sport and Leisure Retail Sale.

Paul Menanteau began their education at Lycée Saint Stanislas Nantes from 2011 to 2013, where they earned a Baccalauréat Economique et Social. Paul then attended Al Dar University College for an Academic Semester in 2014 and 2015. In 2017, Paul pursued a Master's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. Paul went on to complete their education at EM Normandie Business School from 2013 to 2019.
