Colton Weeks has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Colton started their career at True Value Company in 2008 as a Cashier, where they assisted customers, maintained the store, and filled propane tanks. In 2014, they interned as a Partner Relationship Manager at HealthEquity. In 2015, they interned as an Operations Intern at BrainStorm, Inc. Colton then joined BYU Football in 2010 as a Coach's Video Intern, where they worked until 2016. In 2016, they joined BrainStorm, Inc. again, this time as a Product Development Intern. Colton later held the positions of Sales Operations Associate and Account Development Manager. In 2019, Colton became a Business Development Rep at Motivosity. Their most recent role is at Weave HQ, where they started as a Sales Development Representative in 2020 and was promoted to Account Executive in March 2021.

Colton Weeks began their education at Bingham High School in 2007 and completed their studies there in 2010. Following that, they went on to attend Brigham Young University from 2010 to 2017. At Brigham Young University, Colton focused on Germanic Languages, Literatures, and Linguistics, although they did not obtain a specific degree in this field.
