Jordan Mack has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2007, Jordan worked at CoachComm as an IT Support. In 2011, they joined Horizon Software International, LLC., where they held multiple roles including Software Implementation and later became the Customer Relations Manager for the Southeast region. In 2018, Jordan joined Deputy as a Senior Enterprise Account Manager and remained in this position until 2021. Jordan then moved to Skilljar as an Enterprise Account Manager until 2023. Currently, Jordan is working at Upside as the Director of Strategic Accounts.

Jordan Mack attended Auburn University from 2006 to 2011, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Additionally, they studied Business Administration and Management, General at Columbus State University, with no specified start or end dates.
