Blair Garrou is a seasoned professional in venture capital and academia, currently serving as the Managing Director at Mercury, an early-stage venture capital firm with over $600 million under management, since 2004. Blair has also been an Adjunct Professor of Management at Rice University’s business school since 2006. Additional roles include venture investor and board member for multiple companies such as Cart.com, Brassica Finance, Otto, Spruce, LISNR, ShareThis, Topl, and Amify. Blair holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Washington and Lee University, completed in 1994.
