Gilad Uziely has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Gilad is currently the CEO of Sequence, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as the VP of Business Development at Lance, a platform designed to simplify financial services for freelancers, from 2018 to 2023.

In 2017, Gilad worked as the Head of Open Innovation at the Municipality of Tel Aviv Jaffa. Gilad then served as the Director of Economic Development at Tel Aviv Global from 2015 to 2017. In this role, they were responsible for promoting Tel Aviv as a global city with significant economic and cultural importance, focusing on building relationships with foreign governments, attracting foreign investment, and supporting the city's startup ecosystem.

Before joining Tel Aviv Global, Gilad held the position of Head of The Junction Alumni Network and Community Manager at The Junction by Genesis Partners from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as the CEO of Mekomy.com, a marketplace for off-the-beaten-path tours and activities, from 2013 to 2015.

Earlier in their career, Gilad co-founded VILLA ITALIA, a company that offered unique and authentic Italian villa experiences, and worked as the Marketing Manager from 2008 to 2012. Gilad also worked as a Sales Manager at BTC-BUSINESS TRAVEL CENTER LTD, a corporate travel management company, from 2010 to 2011.

Gilad Uziely obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business from the University of Technology Sydney, attending from 2005 to 2008. Later, in the years 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Diploma in Mediation at Tel Aviv University.
