Arjun Lall is an experienced entrepreneur and leader in the tech and recruiting sectors, currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of Hireflow since March 2020, a company focused on AI-driven candidate sourcing and engagement. Additionally, Arjun co-founded and holds the title of Co-CEO at Rocket, a machine learning-powered recruiting agency, since January 2017. Previous roles include Head of Product at SurveyMonkey Intelligence, Co-Founder of Renzu, and Director of Product at Zynga, where leadership contributed to the success of the game FarmVille. Arjun's entrepreneurial journey began with co-founding JamLegend, a successful gaming startup, and Fantasy Congress, a political fantasy sports game. Arjun holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
