Elena Verna is a seasoned professional in growth and data strategy, currently serving as Vice President, Growth & Data at Dropbox since August 2023, and additionally holding the title of Interim Head of Growth and Data. Elena also advises companies such as Superhuman and Loops while being a Partner at 20VC and a Scout at Menlo Ventures. As a Program Creator and Partner at Reforge, Elena has developed courses in Growth Leadership, Experimentation and Testing, Monetization and Pricing, and Product-Led Growth. Other advisory roles include positions at Manychat, Sanity.io, and Clockwise, as well as serving on the board of Netlify since October 2021. Elena Verna earned a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics from the University of California, Berkeley from 2004 to 2008.
