Laurent Berteloot is an experienced Engagement Manager at Getlink since February 2018, overseeing the Passenger, Commercial, and Operations sectors along with managing the IT landscape for multiple services including customer service and railway operations. Previously, Laurent served as a Project Manager at Econocom from June 2006 to February 2018, where responsibilities included managing a project portfolio and coordinating IT teams for Eurotunnel projects. Earlier roles encompassed IT engineering and development positions at Hymatom SA and Andor Technology, where tasks involved software development and system optimizations. Laurent holds an Engineering degree in Computer Science from ISIMA, completed in 2005.
