Mansoor Elahi, CFA has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Mansoor currently holds the position of Director of Customer Success at Irwin since January 2024. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of Customer Success and Team Lead at the same company. Before joining Irwin, Mansoor worked as an Account Manager at Irwin from July 2021 to July 2022. Previously, they were a Customer Success Manager - Data & Analytics at Refinitiv from October 2018 to July 2021. Mansoor also contributed as a Contributor at The Globe and Mail from April 2020 to December 2020. Earlier in their career, Mansoor worked at Thomson Reuters as a Relationship Manager - Sell-Side, Banking & Research and as an Associate.

Mansoor Elahi, CFA completed their Bachelor's Degree in Rotman Commerce at the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their High School degree with an International Baccalaureate Diploma from the American International School - Riyadh, from 1998 to 2012.
