Alexandra Holland serves as the Executive Vice President of Communications at Getinge since November 2024. Prior to this role, Alexandra spent over eleven years at Johnson & Johnson, holding various positions including Vice President of MedTech Business and Culture Communication, Global Leader of Medical Devices Strategic Communication, Enterprise Strategy & Communication Leader, and Senior Manager of Corporate External Communication. Alexandra also worked as the Global Public Relations Manager for Human Nutrition and Health at DSM from August 2012 to November 2013, and previously served as a Public Relations Manager at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies between July 2008 and August 2012. Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Boston University and is a graduate of The Pingry School.
