Ekaterina Kozlovskaya has worked for three companies in their career. Ekaterina started as a Junior researcher at the Physical optics department at Belarusian State University in 2014. In 2015, they joined Razor Theory as a Project Manager and Senior QA Engineer. In 2021, they joined Cycle (formerly GetHenry) as a Product Manager and Senior Product Manager.

Ekaterina Kozlovskaya attended Belarusian State University from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree. Ekaterina then returned to Belarusian State University to pursue a Master's degree in Physics and Molecular Spectroscopy, which they obtained in 2015. Ekaterina continued their studies at Belarusian State University until 2018, where they obtained a PhD in Physics and Molecular Spectroscopy. Additionally, Ekaterina has obtained two certifications from the University of Alberta in 2020 - "Software Processes and Agile Practices" in July and "Introduction to Software Product Management" in June.
