Andrea Hernandez Monterrubio has been working as a software developer since 2015. Andrea began as a Software Developer Intern at GE, where they developed and designed new systems for the Human Resources department. In 2017, they moved to PSL Group as a Web Integrator. In 2019, they began working at Boomsourcing as a Frontend Developer. In this role, they worked in the Front End area with different technology stacks, mainly focused on Javascript and Javascript's frameworks. Her activities included migrating web-based apps from Angular to React, creating React components, developing responsive user interfaces, connecting backend with frontend, using React Hooks and Context API, bug fixing, and turning mockups into web app sections. In 2020, they began working at FairPlay (Freedom to Scale) as a Frontend Developer.

Andrea Hernandez Monterrubio has a B.S. in Computer Science and Technology from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they obtained between 2011 and 2017. Additionally, they have obtained a certification from Software Guru called Dev Day 4 Women Abril 2022, which they obtained in April of 2022.
