Sushmita Paul is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Associate in Human Resources at Furlenco since October 2020, Sushmita has held various HR roles, including Human Resources Associate and Senior Executive. Prior to Furlenco, Sushmita worked at US Software Group Inc as a Sr. Executive in Talent Acquisition, managing the end-to-end hiring process for technical positions. Experience also includes serving as a Staffing Specialist at Licious and Pylon Management Consulting, where Sushmita focused on candidate and client management and recruitment processes. Earlier experience as a Navision Functional Consultant at UNIKUL Solutions involved gathering client requirements. Sushmita holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and Marketing from KIIT School of Management, completed in 2012.
