Jen Larese is an experienced professional specializing in human resources and business immigration. Currently serving as a People Advisor at EQS Group since July 2021, Jen collaborates with leadership across various departments to address culture and people-related initiatives. Prior roles include International HR Coordinator, responsible for coordinating HR topics between headquarters and international subsidiaries, and Business Immigration Paralegal at Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel LLP, where Jen managed visa applications and client relations. With a strong background in immigration law, including positions at Gibney, Anthony & Flaherty, LLP and Curran & Berger Immigration Law Offices, Jen excelled in preparing immigration applications and liaising with clients. Jen holds a B.A. in Spanish Language and Literature from Smith College and has studied at Universidad de Cordoba.
