Isabela Reid has a diverse range of work experience across various industries. Isabela recently worked as a Marketing Manager at Change starting from January 2023. Prior to that, Isabela was a Product Marketing Manager at Everlaw from June 2020 to December 2022. Isabela also served as a Customer Success Associate at Everlaw from January 2019 to May 2020. Isabela gained early work experience as a Filmmaker and Intern at Bay Area Video Coalition from June 2013 to August 2015.

Isabela Reid received their Bachelor's Degree in English and Film, with a minor in Journalism, from the University of California, Berkeley. Isabela attended the university from 2014 to 2018. In 2016, they spent a year studying Spanish and English Literature at the Universitat de Barcelona. Prior to their university education, Isabela attended Saint Joseph Notre Dame High School for their high school education.

In addition to their formal education, Isabela has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they became a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER. In 2020, they completed an Introduction to Marketing course on Coursera and obtained the PMC Level IV certification from Pragmatic Institute. Their most recent certification is the Certified Product Marketing Manager (CPMM) from the Product Marketing Alliance, which they obtained in April 2022.
