Melissa Boyd

Director Of Customer Success at BCS

Melissa Boyd has several years of work experience in various companies. Melissa started their career in 2015 as a Compliance Auditor at Business Credentialing Services, where they worked until 2016. Melissa then became an Account Manager at the same company until 2018. In 2018, they joined Paycom as a Transition Specialist for a few months before moving to NFP as an Account Manager. Melissa worked at NFP from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they are working at BCS as a Customer Success Manager, and they were recently promoted to the role of Director of Customer Success in February 2022.

Melissa Boyd pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies from Drew University. Melissa attended the university from 2011 to 2015 for their undergraduate education.
