Prior experience includes a decade at Agua Caliente Casinos, where roles ranged from Sales Manager, generating significant group sales revenue, to Valet and Transportation Manager, achieving a prestigious award. Early career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car involved foundational management training. Idris holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Redlands School of Business & Society, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Communications from The University of Tulsa.
