Hanna Malmsten

VP People & Culture at GetAccept

Hanna Malmsten has worked in a variety of positions since 2011. Hanna began their career at GodEl i Sverige AB as a Sales Representative, followed by a role as a Customer Service Representative at TeliaSonera. In 2013, Hanna became a Study Coach at Studievision, where they were responsible for scheduling and planning students' studies. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Sony Mobile Communications, first as a Global Mobility Specialist and then as an HR Advisor. In 2017, Hanna joined Academic Work as a Manager of Staffing & Recruitment Assistants and a Recruitment Consultant for Finance. Hanna was awarded "Employee of the Year - Operations" for their performance. In 2019, Hanna began their current role as VP People & Culture at GetAccept, where they are responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, heading the People department, supporting and training leaders, talent acquisition, labour law, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee engagement and well-being, and change management.

Hanna Malmsten has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Lund University, which they obtained between 2011 and 2014. Prior to that, they attended Polhemsgymnasiet between 2007 and 2010, studying Social Sciences. In addition, they have obtained certifications in MAP Personlighetstest, Matrigma Begåvningstest, OPQ Personlighetstest, Verify Färdighetstester, Mobility Management Fundamentals Training, and Cut-e's Recruitment Assessment Tests - Shapes, Scales, MAP TQ. from Assessio, CEB (now Gartner), and Mercer, respectively.
