Erik Persson

Head Of Sales Account Management at GetAccept

Erik Persson has been working in the sales and customer success industry since 2008. Erik began their career at Telenor Sverige AB as an Account Manager and Store Manager. In 2017, they joined GetAccept as Sales Director Sweden & Norway, then as Sales Director Sweden, and finally as Regional Sales Director. In this role, they were responsible for managing a Sales Team of Account Executives with focus on new sales and Customer Success Managers with focus on retention and growth of existing customers on the Swedish market. Erik was also responsible for managing a Sales Team of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers with focus on expansion to new European markets. In addition, Erik has held the roles of Sales Manager SMB and Team Leader Sales at GetAccept, as well as Customer Success Manager. In 2018, they joined IHM Business School as an Advisory Board member.

Erik Persson began their educational journey in 2001 when they attended Bergagymnasiet and received their Gymnasie degree in Ekonomi in 2004. Erik then attended Lund University in 2005 and studied Ekonomi. From 2016 - 2018, they attended EFL - Executive Education and received their Marknadsekonom degree in Marknadsföring och Ledarskap.
