Alicia Hallén has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 as a Retail Sales Associate for Hollister Co. Alicia then held a similar role at Nordiska Kompaniet from 2012 to 2016, when they moved to Retail Knowledge AB for a Retail Sales Associate position. From 2018 to 2021, Hallén worked at Filippa K, holding three different Retail Sales Associate roles. In 2021, they joined BlueCall, where they held the roles of Customer Success Manager and Customer Success & Operations Coordinator. Hallén is currently employed at GetAccept as an Account Manager, a role they have held since 2022.
