Roger Minns has over 30 years of experience in the technology and electronics sectors, currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist II at The CBORD Group, Inc. since May 1997, where responsibilities include assisting college administrators and vendors with the installation, troubleshooting, and documentation of college card systems. Previous experience includes serving as Warehouse Manager for Pioneer Standard Electronics from March 1993 to April 1997, overseeing daily operations and managing a team responsible for product returns and customer credits. From May 1989 to March 1993, Roger worked as a Computer Technician in the Returns Department at LDI Inc., providing pre and post-sales service while managing the returns process. Roger holds an Associates Degree in Business Management and has completed additional studies in Business Administration from The University of Akron, alongside technical education from E.T.I. Technical College.
