Or Gabay has a diverse work experience, starting in 2018 with GetSAT Ltd., where they served as a Graphic Designer, Office Administrator, and Welfare Manager. In 2020, they joined the Israeli Navy as a Naval Officer, and in 2021, they transitioned to Get SAT, where they currently hold the position of Welfare Manager and Personal Assistance.

Or Gabay's education history begins in 2012 when they attended 6B Studio, also known as 6B סטודיו, for graphic design, although it is not clear if they obtained a degree from this institution. In 2013, they moved on to Sapir College, where they pursued a degree in Interactive Media Design with a focus on Game and Interactive Media Design. This educational journey continued in 2014 at Ashqelon Academic College, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Criminology and Sociology with a concentration in Anthropology.
