Reza Naghdi is currently the Implementation Manager at Get Inclusive. Prior to that, they worked as an Implementation Specialist at EVERFI from April 2019 to September 2021. Reza was responsible for providing business and technical solutions to help customers optimize use of EVERFI’s platform. This included configuring customer's platform capabilities, conducting remote product training, building landing pages, email & custom pages to customer’s brand guidelines leveraging reusable templates. Reza also collaborated effectively with other parts of the organization, including Customer Success, Support and Product Management to address and resolve customer needs.

Before their time at EVERFI, Reza worked as a Technical Consultant at Synology from December 2018 to March 2019. There they were responsible for handling technical specifications and providing technical knowledge support to our re-sellers. This entailed attending events and presentations to large groups via trade show booths, re-seller events, onsite product training, and more. Reza was proactive in coordinating with internal resources to see assigned tasks / projects through to completion and had the technical experience deploying software combined with proven people skills to de-escalate issues.

Reza began their career as a Technical Analyst at FranConnect in July 2014 and stayed there until November 2018.

Reza Naghdi has a Master of Science in Applied Information Technology with a focus on Cyber Security from George Mason University. Reza also has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a focus on Networking and Telecommunications from the same school.
